The weekend’s festivities will be located on and closely surrounding Sea Island properties; therefore, we recommend staying at Sea Island Accommodations (The Cloister or The Inn).

Booking

To book at the Cloister or the Inn, call our designated phone number at (888)-974-7686, between the hours of 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST, Monday-Sunday, before November 1, 2023.  By calling this unique number, Sea Island agents will be able to identify your reservation as part of the Van de Bogart – Dorney Wedding, and you’ll be able to receive our discounted rate.

Please note that if any of you book via third party (American Express, Websites other than Sea Island, etc.) your room will not be included in the block. 

Transportation

Transportation to wedding events is provided from the Cloister and the Inn.

Other Accommodations

Only The Cloister and Inn Room Blocks grant access to Sea Island’s Resort Amenities, so if you stay at an off property location, you will only have access to Sea Island property for Wedding Events. 

Breakfast is provided Daily at the Inn.

Our wedding Room Block discounted rate is honored for Thursday (12/14) and Sunday nights (12/17), if you choose to extend your stay.
